I just finished reading the latest Judith McNaught's book- Every Breath You Take. And it was simply yummy. Like her every other book, it covered all her scope of producing a fantastic love story; with hot and sizzling romance, and also a little bit of jealousy and sacrifice in it. Only this time McNaught had put in an additional theme in it; murder.

The story was about two lovers who met somewhere in a place similarly described to heaven and naturally like all the other plots, the male (Michelle) is a rich tycoon, while the female (Kate) is a sweet gorgeous girl from a small town struggling to keep up with her business. They met, fell in love, separated, and of course finally met up again after many years. Only this time the guy is blamed to have murdered his younger brother and it goes on until the murder case is solved (of course her story telling was so much better).

The book reminded me of her old books and few parts were very similar to her previous books (Paradise, night whisper) and even the characters of Matt and Meredith (my favorite character of all; from paradise) and Zack benedict and Julie (all four from her earlier books) were in it, taking up almost 1/8 of that book. The murder mystery wasn’t so much of a mystery as it was solved half way through the book (Isn't at all like 'Someone to Watch over Me'). To conclude, this book is just like her other modern romantic novels, only this time the description of the character in the book is so much better than her previous books. The way she portrays the characters were so perfect that I felt as though I was there, feeling every single thing that was said or done. For me the best part was the ending, when the father asked Michelle if he would love Kate as long as he lived (wedding oath), and he says 'with every breath I take' how ROMANTIC!!!

Exams are finally over. Thank god for that. I wouldn't have survived that long miserable, terrible extensive three weeks exam duration any longer. It was a nightmare, literally. I still remember the first week where most of my papers had medicinal chemistry components. Several nights I had dreams of being trapped in a benzene ring, running from god knows what! The second week was no different than the firsts where we had analysis papers and the only dream I had was formulas. Unarranged, scattered formulas that popped out of no where whenever I shut my eyes. The only beautiful dream was on the last day (today) where the only thing I dreamt about was Shah Rukh Khan since we were watching DON after the last paper (marketing). :-) And now finally it’s over. Hurray!!!
Neway these long awaited holidays are soon coming to an end as I'll have to do my attachment in industrial area which means that to work in a pharmaceutical company (the factory). Unfortunately, I was the few selected 'lucky' ones that are required to do the attachment for 3 weeks unlike the others who only need to do it for 2 days, and strangely I'm looking forward for it.. :-)
