You Should Date An Italian!

You love for old fashioned romance, with an old fashioned guy
An Italian guy is the perfect candidate to be your prince charming
If your head doesn't spin enough, just down another espresso with him
Invest in a motorcycle helmet - and some carb blocker for all that pasta!

Hehe.Isn’t this like a sign, showing me that somehow, I am meant to be with a particular chap Ive been admiring since WC?

1st week and already in trouble

By Nisha
Classes just started a week ago and already Im having headache, flu, insomnia, and worse, Im already surrendering early (that usually happens only during study break). The main reasons are for the long-tiring exhausting never-ending classes. And imagine its only the first week. Ive got 13 more weeks to go!!. Besides the boring classes and predictable lectures, now ive got one more additional dilemma. As you all know im going to be ‘homeless’ starting from next month and now the agent who is in charge of our new condo is giving us difficulties. First the level, then the rent, then the position of our apartment (duh!! I don’t want a house facing the graveyard!!! I don’t need spirit from the 'spirits' to give me ‘blessings’ for my exams!) And finally, the day of entry (even that has been changing everyday!). God, I just hope ill have a place to stay soon, looking back at all this complexity, sigh.. I don’t think so..

The Keys to Your Heart
You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.
In love, you feel the most alive when your lover is creative and never lets you feel bored.
You'd like to your lover to think you are optimistic and happy.
You would be forced to break up with someone who was ruthless, cold-blooded, and sarcastic.
Your ideal relationship is open. Both of you can talk about everything... no secrets.
Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.
You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred.
In this moment, you think of love as something you don't need. You just feel like flirting around and playing right now.

We calmly opened the white protective barrier that covered the wall. The item within the barricade has been troubling us for quite some time now, interrupting our daily life schedule. Just when we found the main troublemaker, a flash suddenly sparked, leaving us with a dark, warm surrounding for few hours..
That’s exactly what happens when a pharmacy student and a Chinese medicine student tries to become an electrician...

-The Final End-..

It wouldn't have been much more horrifying even if I was left in a haunted house alone for a week as compared to the feelings I had last night during the match between Italy and France. The starting was quite exciting especially the first 2 minutes where Henry gets hurt in his neck. But then that took off badly soon enough after Zidane scored a goal for France, thanks to his penalty kick. That one kick surely did send the whole house into a silent mode. The atmosphere was so glumly; it fell like as though I was attending a funeral. Although Italy did catch up with the score hardly 15 minutes later, the tensed atmosphere in the house didn't at all subside. The fact that Italy didn't play their very best (Italy-Germany was so much better) and France doing extraordinarily well added more despair into the already miserably surrounding. (It was worse for me as my beloved Gilardino wasn't at all playing). Starting from the second half of the extra time, I could see Milan and Rahul, both starting to get extra tensed. Me too, knowing the fact that if Italy didn't score one goal now, they will never be able to win this game due to their bad history for penalty shots. True enough, the game ended with penalty kicks for both the teams, and thankfully ended with Italy wining, credit to Trezeguet , a france player who missed the goal.
I assume every france supporter would say it was italy's sheer luck to win, with both Henry and Ribery out of the field before the game ended (what was the manager thinking by taking them off field?) and Zidane, being brainless to get himself a red card for his last match (I guess he wanted to be remembered forever for his stupidity). But think about this again, the first France goal was not even meant to be there. Zidane didn't deserve the penalty. (re-watch the match and you would realize he didn’t get hit by anyone). So at the end, the only conclusion I would make is; Italy was just fated to win the finals..yea!! And I was destined to see gilardino's face for 30 mins during the closing ceremony!! CONGRATS ITALY!!!

p/s~i added three more fav player in my list=number 5 (CANNAVARO), number 10 (TOTTI), and number 15 (IAQUINTA).. obviously with Gilardino being my number 1 favorite forever...sob..sob..world cup have finally come to an end..4 more years to go..

Today, although was a delayed outing, was the best girls day out I've ever had. Getting up early this morning to send my beloved sis to college was a little bit of a nuisance but the day went off quite well after that. We (Dipti and I) dressed up (make up and stuff like that) for shopping earlier this morning and met up with arti in KLCC. After that, later at night, we were in our best clubbing clothes (thanks to reenbhai's bajus), went to a Hindi club called Sharara (Was early to that place so had all the time in the world to decide our table and drinks.) Finally we settled with a bottle of J.D., to be shared among the four of us (Arti, Dipti, Bhavisha and myself). I as usual drank as much as I could, as early as possible and headed to the dance floor with Bhavisha. By the time it was 2, I was as sober as Arti's husband who just came to fetch us!!. (Sweating from the dance maybe). The others, on the other hand were pissed drunk. It was kind of funny to watch them making silly joke which actually reminded me of what we used to do when we were 5 years younger. They were just so cute!! And I love them all. For those who are reading these, thank you so much for making my night along with my holiday so memorable. It was really the explosion I needed before my classes start next week. Wuhuhu..Can't I ponteng? Can't the holiday be longer?!! Whateva it is, Right now what I really need to think is how the hell am I suppose to cope with the forthcoming headache from hang over tomorrow..

Yesterday match was truly the match of the year. From the time the players walked into the ground with the small kids till the end of the game was both horrifying and thrilling. More like a roller-coaster ride for us (Milan, Rahul, Reenbhai and I). Both the teams (Germany and Italy) played well. Excellent will be more like it. Not much of skiing and boxing like the previous matches this time, though there were some yellow cards in the air. When finally the extra time of 30 mins was coming to the end and Italy didn't score any goal, all of us just sat disappointedly, waiting for the game to end, knowing Italy can never win the penalty against Germany. But when the time was just about to end, at 119 mins, suddenly Italy scored a goal out of the blue (even we were stunned for a while before realizing it was a goal!!). Scored by Fabio Grosso, was one of the most perfect goal I've ever seen (not that I’ve seen many anyway). Knowing they had won, all of us didn't really bother watching the final 30 seconds, but unexpectedly, another goal was scored by Italy. Imagine 2 goals in less than 1 minute! If just now the goal was perfect, then this was extremely-fantastic-breath stopping goal!!. It was the ideal time, the perfect country and even the person who passed the ball to Del Piero for the last goal was just right (who else can it be? my much loved Gilardino obviously!!) now that’s what I call 'Save the best for the last!!' Go Italy!! Good luck for the finals!!

They sat in front of me waiting for me to say or do something. I just looked at them blankly, not knowing how to communicate with them as Sabrina had warned me just minutes ago they were mute. Both mother and daughter. The whole table for registration which was in charge by Nads, a junior and I were all quiet. Finally, trying my best to use my-next-to-nothing knowledge of sign languages, I communicated with them, asking which screening test they wanted to do and their identity cards. Thanks to Rani Mukerjee in Black, they understood whatever I was saying to them. It was just so heartbreaking for me when I couldn't really converse with them like what I do with the other patients (knowing how talkative I am). The most tear-jerking part was when I asked her phone number and since she couldn't speak I told her to fill in the numbers herself and at the end of the numbers she wrote 'please sms only'. Wuhuhu..

Im finally back home..yea!!! For the past 2 days I've been in sharks place, all due to the public health campaign which was held near her house. Despite having the thoughtful shark who tried her very best to keep us comfortable (she even gave me her bed..hw sweet), im still very happy to be sitting on my very own bed right now, posting this blog. The reason? Tired!! Im just so exhausted all thanks to the 4 night 3 days public health campaign which was more like a 'payless-overly-overtime job' Although I did learn a lot of new things, I also learned a lesson in life; never to push your body beyond its own limits. Or I would end up in wherever I am now; on the bed, wearing a pair of socks, lots of used damp tissues next to me with an almost empting box of tissues beside it and 2 PANADOL, 1 flu drug, and 1 tbsp of UBAT BATUK CAP IBU DAN ANAK in my digestive tract..
* The detailed story will be posted later. Right now the anti-histamine is exerting its effect.. Drowsy..Zzz..
